Cancellation/No Show Policy

If you cancel an appointment before 12 hours, there will be no charge; however, after 12 hours, you will be charged $25. If you no-show the appointment entirely, you will be charged $50. This will require a card to be put on file before booking appointments. Frequent last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may result in an inability to schedule with your provider and termination of services.
